Walk Wild is a walk and talk service, offering support to get out of the house, get some fresh air, or enjoy a passing butterfly or the smell of wild flowers while walking in the woods or sitting in the park with a cup of tea.
Walk Wild is about having some fun, enjoying the sun or the rain, having a good ole chat about anything while at the same time having an opportunity to receive advice and support to achieve a goal if required.
It could be going to the shop, travelling by bus or train but needing to build some confidence to be able to do this alone.
Enablement is supported by using a unique version of the 6 Ways to Wellbeing model.
It can be for an individual or small groups.
I look forward to walking or wheeling wild with you.
