Claire is amazing and I really do not know what we would do without her. Not only is she professional and reliable, she has taken time to build a personal connection with mum. Whether it’s helping with daily needs, engaging in conversation or just being there to provide support, Claire has made all the difference to us both. I cannot recommend Claire highly enough.

Claire took wonderful care of my elderly mother in Framlingham for many years. As I live abroad, it was very important to have someone reliable, honest and caring looking after my mother when we could not be present. Claire showed great initiative, and always let me know how mum was, and frequently sent videos of their activities, which I treasure to this day. Mum became very fond of Claire, as we did, and even when Mum went to Mills, we continued to have Claire visit to take care of anything needed for her wellbeing. It was a great comfort and reassurance for me knowing that I could rely on Claire for any situation, including paper work. She kept in constant touch with me, and I highly recommend her as a carer.

Claire is a wonderful caring companion to both our mum who has severe Alzheimer’s and also to our dad. She has a very caring compassionate nature which is obvious to see. I have regular contact with her as does another family member if she needs to raise any concerns or wishes to let us know if anything positives happened in mums company that day. She is always on time and can be flexible should we need to change the regular time she cares for mum. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Claire to anyone requiring her services.
