I have been working in the care sector since 2009, I have spent most of that time working in community care, travelling to people in their own homes. Conducting their care needs in an environment they are familiar with and used to being in.
I have also spent time working in residential/ nursing homes as a senior carer. And spent several years working on the NHS rapid response care team in the Exmouth and Newton Abbott areas, working with some extraordinarily complex cases and putting together person-centered packages of care for each individual.
