I am Cilia, owner of Cilia Calm Care; a micro enterprise with more than 20 years’ work experience in social care settings, ranging from learning disabilities, dementia, to mental health. I have a good sense of humour and a calm professional approach.

I would like to use my experience to support you to maintain your independence whilst in your own home. The care and support I deliver will be personalised to your individual needs and delivered calmly with compassion and empathy.

• Light housework (dusting, hoover, mop floor, washing up, empty bin etc.)
• Emotional support and wellbeing
• Light administration (filling/filing paperwork and phone calls)
• Light computer/internet work
