Some things to think about when you're looking for care or support
Find out moreMy name is Natalie Bint, founder of D&N Community Care and I have a wide range of experience in the Health and Social care sector.
I started my first care job at the age of 21 which was a mobile carer for a domiciliary care agency. I spent two and a half years in the job in which time I was promoted to a Supervisor. I then decided that I wanted to explore more of the care sector and gained a job at an NYCC residential home in 2017 and then was promoted to be a Senior Care and Support Worker. I have gained fantastic experience within my work and have completed my NVQ level 2 & 3 in Health and Social care. I have continued to broaden my skills by currently studying an NVQ level 5 in Management and Leadership in Health and Social care.
