Hazel Home Care is a small independent Home Care Service that is really looking to put the care back into Home Care.

We have a small team of really good quality, hand picked staff that are able to come out to your home and support you in your community.  It may be that you need some company or a meal cooking, some shopping doing, or going out for the day.  We can help with all of these tasks and more.  All of our team have had a criminal records check via the DBS system, as well as being trained and fully insured to be in your home.

It is so important to us to enable people to stay in their own homes and still feel safe and supported.  We really want to give people the choice to have good quality support that is not rushed or forced.  Our team of staff will go at your pace and do things your way, (it is your home after all!) and will happily join in with any activities or interests that you may have.

We have good support here at Hazel Home Care, so if team members are sick or on holiday there are others that can take their place which means you are always going to get the support that you need from us. We cover a variety of areas including Street, Shepton Mallet, Wells, Croscombe etc
