At Perfect Community Care we are dedicated to supporting and empowering people with learning and physical disabilities to get the most out of life.

We are based in East London and our small and very passionate team of four have all had many years’ experience of working in the care field.

It is our mission to go to any lengths to ensure that the aims, dreams and aspirations of each person who we work with are fulfilled to the fullest. Our service is one that takes an individually tailored person centered approach and is designed to be flexible and user led.

Through our range of services we work to reduce isolation, strengthen the community, build confidence, improve skills and decision making, promote independence, and empower people to live a meaningful life.

We can support you to:

• Maintain and develop good friendships, reduce isolation, and promote social inclusion
• Take an active role in making decisions towards becoming independent, and engage you in a variety of meaningful activities
• Improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle by encouraging you to eat very healthy food and regularly go for health checks with your GP
• Learn and develop new skills
• Re-apply for renewal of cinema cards, Freedom bus pass, taxi cards etc.

We also offer activities which are designed to make the most of and develop  your own natural skills and talents, develop your social skills, and build your confidence and independence while using facilities in the community.  The very wide range of activities on offer include creative arts and craft, drama, sport and exercise, leisure and recreation, gardening, and many more.

In addition we offer opportunities for you to go away on short holiday breaks within the country, and go out on day trips to places of interest.
