We are a community micro enterprise based in South Somerset, and our aim is to support older people to lead a full and active life and to keep their independence.

We offer a friendly, personal and local service and can help in all sorts of ways including:

• shopping
• cooking
• cleaning
• gardening
• odd jobs around the house and garden
• paying bills
• paperwork
• phone calls
• using the internet
• companionship
• days out
• hospital appointments

We also offer hand, arm and foot, and leg messages which can help with arthiritis, circulation, stiffness, aching and soreness.
