Active Opportunities provides community-based support and activity provision to adults with additional needs including individuals with disabilities, autism and other conditions. This provision is provided via a range of engaging, fun and meaningful activities on a 1:1 and small group activity basis.

Activities and support available includes : day trips, local outing , social meet ups, support with interests/hobbies, physical activity/wellbeing and daily living skills such as shopping, travel training and employment.

Supporting individuals to live independently, develop confidence and personal well-being whilst accessing services and activities within their local community.
