Unique Step is the name of our business. It is a domiciliary homecare company based in Thurrock, where we provide care and support to community members in need of such service and around neighbouring boroughs.
In the comfort of your home, we offer skilled and compassionate home care services for the elderly and adults over 18 years old. We offer personalised care services, including assistance with daily tasks, bathing, dressing, shopping, and appointments. We support daily needs, provide consistent care, and ensure support from families. We go the extra mile to follow care guidelines and to support overall well-being. We also support clients in accessing community-based activities and places of interest.
In addition to this, we offer respite support, staying with a family member for a few hours if they need to go out or take a break for a few days. We understand the challenges of letting a carer into your life and promise to respect your privacy and keep personal information confidential.
We also provide supported living services in single or shared tenancy settings and at clients’ homes. We provide support for adults with learning disability and/or mental health problems. We encourage clients to live independently and make choices, putting their choices and desires first.
We are registered with CQC to provide personal care, ensuring everyone is treated as an individual.
