Under the banner “Our NHS is broken, but not beaten. Together we can fix it”, Wes Streeting (Health & Social Care Secretary) is asking the general public, the health and care workforce, policy makers, and planners to respond through a series of surveys.

‘Start here’ is a general survey aiming to gather some headline ideas.

‘Your experiences: public’ aims to gather views from people who have experience of using health and care services.

‘Your experiences: workforce’ aims to gather views from people working in health and care and for them to talk about their roles.

Finally, ‘Your ideas for change’ provides you with an opportunity to feed in your ideas for what needs to change and how things can change.

It also appears likely that in addition to the surveys, there will be an extensive programme of engagement to then develop the 10-year health plan/strategy. The CHANGE NHS website has information about the role our Integrated Care Systems will be play in running events and seeking local and regional feedback.
