My name is Janette and I have over 25 years’ experience in care and support. I have worked in both residential and community settings with older and disabled people living with a a range of challenges, including Alzheimer’s, dementia and learning disabilities.
I believe in everyone being treated as an individual and receiving the care and support they deserve and also feel that communication is key to this. I am friendly, caring, trustworthy and conscious of maintaining dignity and confidentiality.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy walking and reading and I’m very family orientated.
