Our aim is to help people in the community living with limitations to live independently, by offering services to help with every day chores like: grocery shopping, light house work, home organisation. We also offer regular check-in visits to ensure clients’ welfare and safety, companion visits, and offering support to help our clients stay involved within the community by keeping them informed about what local events and groups are available and helping with transport if needed, as loneliness and isolation can have a big impact on people living with limitations.
Our regular visits can combine all of our services helping clients all round on a regular basis.
We do not offer personal care or help with medication and we are not medically trained.
