Paddock Wood Community Voices is a fun singing for wellbeing group, led by Sue Lovell of Versatile Vocals.
Open to everyone, our sessions are inspired by “Sing to Beat Parkinson’s” training. Research shows that singing can benefit mental health and support those living with conditions like Parkinson’s and dementia.
We sing for the joy of it, and we’re far from a formal choir — perhaps think of it as singing for the terrified!
Our members describe us as uplifting, de-stressing, cheerful, fulfilling, friendly, accessible, relaxing, inspirational — and even addictive!
Come along to enjoy a lovely cuppa, meet new friends, build confidence and, importantly, share plenty of laughs.
See you soon.
