Well-being is paramount to us, we would like to help people express themselves freely in a non-judgemental space. This could be simply by going for a walk, doing some shopping together, going to to the cinema or engaging in some creative 1:1 or group work.

I have an array of experience ranging from working within specialised drug and alcohol detox units to perinatal mental health as a mental health nurse. I hope to use my expertise to help facilitate recovery, well-being and peace of mind.
