Anita’s Home Help is all about helping you and your loved ones, living happily and safely in your home. I am a registered sole trader and work by myself.
Having choices about what we do in our lives, whether that is enjoying a hobby, interest, meeting with friends, going shopping, cooking, time with pets, having a tidy and clean home can affect how we feel in our daily lives. This is why I have set up and I wish to make a difference to other peoples lives in my local community.
Together we will talk through what is important to you and agree how to do this
We can do an activity together if you wish, in part or full. You may simply want me to do practical tasks and that is great too.
Some of these could be:
I am trained and experienced in many different approaches such as Motivational Interviewing / Solution Focused / Confidence Building.
I have worked with lots of different people over the years and some have had a diagnosis of autism / ADHD / dementia / anxiety / PTSD.
My real focus is that every single person is a unique and valuable individual. We can find out what works for you…

I have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate
Public Liability Insurance up to the amount of £5 Million
Relevant procedures, paperwork, registration and training – all is available to view when we meet.
