Hi!  My name is Claire-Marie. I worked in hospitality for 14 years before I decided to start CMD Care. As a mother of two, I know how important and hard it can be to seek help when you are in need and luckily, I was able to get help from those around me. Now, I want to be able to give back to the community that helped me. I also know how hard it can be to live with mental health problems and how it can be hard to look after others with mental health problems. It can be hard to accept help, especially from someone you do not know and to share your personal worries or any concerns that you may have, so to make your journey easier, all your care is tailored to what you what you want and need.  

I can help you with any non-medical needs you have such as:  

Mental Health Support / Cleaning & Household tasks / Gardening / Leisure Activities / Admin & Correspondence / Shopping …. anything that you need to support you or your loved one.  

I can also help with short term respite.
