Six years ago, I began cleaning for a few very sweet older ladies who needed extra help. It’s been six years on with them and they have become great friends to me. I also helped them out when their husband’s became ill and very sadly passed away. With things such as meal prep, organising, decluttering, laundry,  running errands, and light gardening while they were grieving.

It has shown me that even the smallest tasks can be a great burden lifted when help is offered. And that’s what I hope to bring to the community around me.

Charis Care is all about offering a helping hand with grace, kindness, and life. A caring heart and genuine friendship. Whether it’s going to the hairdresser’s, or any appointment. Or maybe you want someone to just sit and have a chat with over a cup of tea. I’m an excellent listener with a wide open heart, as well as a huge lover of animals.
