Hi I’m Theresa, I live in Northwich, and I offer support to people in their home or take people on trips out.  I have many years’ experience working with people with different needs including Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Older People.  I also run fitness classes in the community.  I am very bubbly, full of energy, I have a big love for life, and I want to share that with you!!

I believe everybody should be treated with fairness, dignity and respect and I hope that comes across in the way I work.

In my spare time, I love live music, and walking my dogs Otis and Lacey.

I can assist with:
