Hello, I’m Oseremen, also known as Ose, owner of Fresh Start Hope Care, and I have worked as a mental health nurse for many years. I have gained experience in NHS hospitals, nursing homes, private healthcare settings, and community teams. I believe it’s important to connect with people in their personal environments to provide tailored support based on their unique preferences and needs. My goal is to provide a specialised home care support service for individuals and families, ensuring comfort and personalised care in their own homes. I keep up to date with all required training, and I am happy to provide evidence of this as well as my public liability insurance, references, and an up-to-date enhanced DBS check upon request. My services are supported by comprehensive policies and procedures, and I have a business-insured vehicle and a full driving license for reliable mobility.
My services are aimed at supporting you with getting ready for the day, including personal care and food preparation, as well as light housework duties and decluttering. I can accompany you to meet friends and family, make appointments, and assist with shopping. I am a good listener and always make time for a chat over a cup of tea. I can also provide support with the prompting of medication and prescription requests and collection, as well as offer advice on mental health matters and coping techniques for life. I am dedicated to providing person-centred care tailored to the unique requirements of each individual I serve, with the goal of ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience.
