Diamond Cleaning Services

Hi my name is Christine. I have worked hard all my life, as my manager informed me, “You do it right Christine, you don’t cut corners.”

I love cleaning, so ten and a half years ago this led me to set up as a part-time self-employed cleaner.  A lightbulb moment for me; I felt happy, valued and appreciated.

I now wish to focus on full-time cleaning, as I want to feel happy, valued and appreciated by my customers.

I work under the motto, “the customer is always right”. I am there to make your life better, to do your cleaning if you are unable to do it yourself due to disability, or if you are a professional and too busy to spare the time. I always ask if there are any tasks you wish me to prioritise e.g. ironing, bed making, windows and mirrors, cleaning the cooker, etc. I can do one off cleans, regular cleans and ad hoc services such as an oven clean or carpet shampoo.

Often I am the only person who sees the client on a weekly basis. In the past working with disabled and elderly clients, if I have seen they are struggling, I have stepped in to help them; this has included medication prompting, even made pancakes for one elderly gentleman. I have called ambulances and doctors out to clients when I felt it was necessary and fetched prescriptions. I have done whatever it took to make sure my client not only had a clean home, but to make sure they were safeguarded, happy and well.

I commit to treating all my clients as a priority and to treating you and your home with dignity and respect.

I am fully insured and provide Enhanced DBS, References, First Aid Certificate and Safeguarding Training. I am also a member of NACAS, The National Association for Care and Support Workers.
