Welcome to Imaan’s Services, a dedicated assistance service with a passion for promoting health, wellbeing and quality of life. I have a comprehensive background in care and support work and I ensure that my clients can truly focus on what matters to them.

Imaan’s service’s aim’s to provide compassionate companionship and assistance with daily actives to help people with their independence and quality of life. My journey began with a deep interest in health and wellbeing, as an avid gym and yoga enthusiast, I incorporate this this philosophy in to my work. I understand the importance of staying active and maintaining a balanced life style. My goal is to help you integrate healthy habits in to your daily routine.

Healthy eating is a cornerstone to my approach, I help clients with nutrition and meal planning.  Life can be hectic at times and stress management is another priority that I promote at Imaan’s; whether it’s a walk in the park, the gym or meditation practice, I can assist you to feel better. Furthermore, I recognise the importance and value of staying connected to family, friends, hobbies and passions, and how this is vital to health and wellbeing. I champion my clients to live their best lives with tailored support “Your Way”

Let Imaan’s services alleviate the pressure and stress out of life, this service offers bespoke person centred support, either weekly or fortnightly. I recognise that everybody has their own needs, wishes and ways of working, and put this at the forefront of how support is offered to my clients, with the continuity of knowing who will be coming, helping to build trust and quality relationships.

I provide care and support for a varying range of people including adults with physical / mental disabilities, older people, and people with learning difficulties. I champion a non judgmental enterprise that honours equality and diversity and I promise to protect your personal information.

The support I offer ranges from taking clients in to the community, daily living tasks in the house or garden, paper work and  medication, tenancy sustainment, dog walking /house sitting, appointments, travel arrangements, planning and organising, life skills and companionship.
