Hi, I’m Lynette.

I have over 30 years’ experience, wealth of knowledge, and expertise in working and leading on front line domiciliary services.

I provide a caring, dedicated, and trusted service to you or your loved at a time when a little extra support is needed. I fully advocate and support people to live independently at home in familiar surroundings. I will tailor my service to the unique needs and preferences of my customers.

I hold an enhanced DBS, full clean driving licence, QCF Level 4 in Social Care, all up to date mandatory training, and public liability insurance. I also hold a level 5 Diploma ILM in leadership and management.

I am a member of NACAS , and registered with Social Care Wales.

Lynnette has been attending my brother for some months who is a Palliative care patient at home. This lady has been " god's gift" to to the both of us, I have no idea how my brother would manage without her. Lynnette is extremely professional,compassionate, empathetic, kind and completely trustworthy. I live away so, Lynette has become my eyes and ears, she keeps me updated weekly after her visit which is invaluable to me. Nothing is ever too much trouble, both myself and my brother can't express our thanks and gratitude to her for the first class service Lynette delivers, I would recommend Catri Home Help 100% to anyone!

CATRI home help services have provided an excellent service to my father for a number of months now. Highly qualified and experienced in dealing with all care requirements - more than that Lynette has shown wisdom of dealing with the specific needs we have as they come up ad hoc and very quickly developed a trusting working relationship with dad. It is hard to put into words just how much Lynette has helped me in the care for my husband. Apart from the physical aspect in his routine, I have the opportunity to talk to her knowing she understands my need as well. Lynette is a caring ,understanding person and without her input I would have most definitely found it more difficult to look after my husband.
